Hermes provide a quick and easy collection service via the myHermes website, which you can find under
links.
You can request a courier collection up to 7 days in advance and if you place a collection order before 10pm you have the option to have your parcels collected the next day. Requesting a collection from your home / business address is quick and easy just follow these simple steps.
Note: Place your collection order before 10pm to have it picked up the next day.
Note: When you are asked to print your collection label please do two copied. Use your first label to fix to your parcel and use your second label as a backup or to be place inside your parcel.
Your local courier will collect from your door, if you are away from home the courier will collect from your designated safe place. If you feel you cannot leave a parcel unattended in a designated safe place try arrange with a neighbour from whom the courier can collect your return item from.
If you need a parcel collecting and have purchased items from any retailer in list A you can contact your local courier direct using his / her mobile number. You do not have to contact the company or even let them know your sending a parcel back. When your item or items have been collected successfully you courier will give you a receipt, if your courier has collected a parcel from a dedicated safe place he / she will post the receipt through your letterbox.
If you need a parcel collecting and have purchased items from any retailer in list B you will have to make arrangements with the company in question, alternatively you can use the MyHermes return service.
